1. Acceptance and Modifications
By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the Service immediately.
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. If you're under 18, you need parental consent.
Service availability: The Service is currently available only to individuals located in California. You must be physically located in California at the time of your consultation and treatment. Do not access or use the Service if you are outside California.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We'll email you about material changes if you've registered.
THESE TERMS AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, LIMIT OUR LIABILITY, REQUIRE YOU TO INDEMNIFY US, AND REQUIRE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES. YOUR CONTINUED USE AFFIRMS YOUR AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
2. Medical Services and Provider Relationship
Reset Healthcare Inc., doing business as Dr. Jonas, provides telehealth medical services in California. Medical care is delivered by Dr. Jonas Kuehne, MD, a California-licensed physician who provides services as part of Reset Healthcare Inc.'s medical practice.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY: This Service is currently available only to patients located in California. You must be physically located in California at the time of your consultation and treatment. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a California resident or are physically present in California when receiving services. Prescription medications will only be sent to California addresses.
Emergency Disclaimer: This is not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use the Service for urgent or emergency medical needs. Do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice based on anything that appears or does not appear on the Service.
Key Points About Medical Care:
- Provider of services. Reset Healthcare Inc. provides telehealth medical services through its platform and medical practice
- Your physician. Dr. Jonas Kuehne, MD provides medical consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment as part of Reset Healthcare Inc.'s medical practice
- Physician-patient relationship. Your physician-patient relationship is with Reset Healthcare Inc.'s medical practice
- Corporate responsibility. Reset Healthcare Inc. is responsible for the medical services provided through the Service
- No guarantees. We make no warranties about treatment outcomes, medication effectiveness, or availability of services
- Information only. Content on the Service is educational and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical questions
- Not a substitute. The Service does not replace in-person medical care when clinically necessary
- Your responsibility. You must provide accurate, complete medical information and follow all treatment instructions

When to Seek In-Person Care:
You should seek in-person medical care when:
- Your physician recommends it
- You have an emergency
- Your condition requires physical examination or procedures not possible via telehealth
- Your condition worsens or doesn't improve with prescribed treatment

Telehealth Risks:
You acknowledge and accept these potential risks of telehealth:
- Limited assessment. Physical examination is not possible through telehealth. Video and image quality may affect medical decision-making
- Technical failures. Internet connectivity issues, equipment malfunctions, or platform failures may delay or disrupt care
- Incomplete records. Your physician may have limited access to your complete medical history from other providers, which may result in adverse drug interactions, allergic reactions, or other judgment errors
- Security limitations. While we use security protocols to protect your health information, no electronic system is 100% secure. Communications may be vulnerable to unauthorized access
- Communication methods. Some communication methods (like text messages or email) are less secure than encrypted patient portals
By using the Service, you accept these risks and agree that telehealth services are appropriate for your medical needs.
Data Use Consent:
By accepting these Terms, you authorize us to use your de-identified health information for research, clinical trials, and quality improvement purposes. Your data remains confidential and complies with all health privacy laws (including HIPAA). You can opt out anytime by contacting programs@drjonas.com without affecting your Service access.

Arbitration Agreement:
You and Reset Healthcare Inc. agree that all disputes or claims arising from or relating to your use of the Service, including services provided by Dr. Jonas Kuehne, MD, or actions of Reset Healthcare Inc. or its agents, shall be resolved through confidential, final, and binding arbitration rather than in court, except for disputes relating to enforcement or validity of intellectual property rights.

Before arbitration: Contact us at programs@drjonas.com to try resolving disputes informally.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: UNLESS YOU AND RESET HEALTHCARE INC. AGREE OTHERWISE, EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING.

Severability of arbitration terms: If a court decides any part of this arbitration agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the other parts still apply. If a court decides applicable law precludes enforcement of any limitation as to a particular claim or remedy request (such as public injunctive relief), then that claim or remedy request (and only that claim or remedy request) may be severed and brought in court, subject to your and our right to appeal. All other claims shall be arbitrated.

- Held in Los Angeles County, California, or another mutually agreed location
- Arbitrator's award is confidential, final, and binding
- Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction
- Filing, administration, and arbitrator fees governed by JAMS rules (available at https://www.jamsadr.com/)
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any court action (where arbitration doesn't apply) must be filed in Los Angeles County, California. You submit to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and consent to service of process by email in any legal proceeding.
