Shipping Policy
Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are compounded and shipped directly to your California address by our licensed pharmacy partner, ExperienceCare Specialty Pharmacy. We do not ship prescription medications outside of California.
Processing time: Once our team approves your prescription, your medication is compounded and shipped within 3-5 business days. Compounding timelines may vary based on the complexity of your formulation.
Shipping method: Prescription medications are shipped via standard carrier with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery time: Allow 5-10 business days from prescription approval to delivery. If your medication does not arrive within 10 business days of confirmed shipment, contact us at programs@drjonas.com and we will investigate immediately.
Shipping is included in the cost of your program. There are no additional shipping fees for prescription medications.
Prescription medications will only ship to the address on file with your patient account. Address changes must be submitted to programs@drjonas.com before your prescription is approved and fulfilled.
At-Home Lab Testing Kits
Your Tasso+ at-home collection device ships directly from our lab partner to your California address. Shipping is included in the cost of your lab panel. There are no additional shipping fees.
Processing time: Lab kits ship within 2-3 business days of your order being placed.
Return shipping: A prepaid return label is included with your kit. Once you complete your collection, place the device in the provided packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Your sample must be returned within 24 hours of collection for accurate results.
Results: Lab results are available in your Practice Better patient portal within 3-5 business days of your sample being received and processed by the laboratory.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us at programs@drjonas.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the address provided at checkout was inaccurate.
California Only
All shipments are limited to California addresses. Orders placed with an out-of-state shipping address will not be fulfilled and will be refunded in full.
